Through this D/B task order with 4KG/ACC JV, SLA served as the design manager and architect to provide a quality SOF Support Battalion Administration Facility. The new building is a single-story structure with a gross square footage of 39,915sf for 66 persons and combined two companies in support of a battalion that incorporated shipping and receiving, communications including SIPR/NIPR capabilities, and a Supply Support Facility for repair/maintenance of devices that support this battalion. The supply support maintenance bay included non-secure and secure equipment with wired and racked caged storage rooms as well as a loading/unloading dock.
