SLA was contracted to provide conceptual development drawings to help establish baseline requirements and budgets for a 2nd Floor Expansion to the property at 822 Indiana Ave with the intent to provide accommodations for short term travelers and visitors. The scope of services also included considerations for first floor and basement work which was limited to the addition of an elevator and updating the lobby with segregated entry. SLA documented the existing space in development of floor plans, showing the renovated portion for the second floor and first floor (elevator lobby/entry), and rendered perspectives as required to present the vision.
