This project reprogrammed and renovated an existing performing arts choir room into a new state-of-the-art Culinary Arts classroom. At approximately 1,550sf, this renovation included commercial grade food service equipment, such as six-burner range, convection oven, char broiler, and fry battery in the Production Area; a commercial dishwashing station in the Warewash Station; and bakers table, slicer station, 40qt mixer, refrigerator, and heated cabinets in the Bakery Area. The space also includes individual workstations for students and a teacher workstation with video monitor for presentations.
