The project involves converting the southern half of B6380, previously a general administration facility, into a Judicial Center with two courtrooms including site improvements such as parking arrangements and access drives. The design adheres to the Center of Standardization (COS) Army Standard for Judicial Centers with coordination between COS and the customer. The size of the Judicial Center is approximately 18,000sf and architectural elements meet the prescribed standards for a Judicial Center while ensuring functionality and compliance. The project addresses the challenge of repurposing an existing facility to meet specific requirements, including courtroom layouts, security features, and accessibility needs.
