SLA provided architectural support to renovate an existing 11,700sf modular building into a clinical facility for use as the Falcon Troop Medical Clinic. Optimized spatial configuration ensures ease of access and flexibility with a focus on circulation corridors. The reception desk serves as the central hub for patient services, including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Phlebotomy, and Hearing and Vision Clinics. A separate Behavioral Health Clinic allows for discreet access and integrates with existing egress routes. Operational efficiency is enhanced by grouping departments and functions with central placement of building services. Staff amenities are strategically located near service entries. This transformation addresses the specific medical needs, balancing functionality with aesthetic and operational considerations.
